FanBound

You've built an audience that trusts you. Turning that into a product is a different job.

What usually gets in the way

Writing it, designing it, finding somewhere to sell it and sorting out payments. Each one takes time away from the content that built your following in the first place.

What we do instead

You bring the audience and the style. We create the product, brand it to you and set it up on Whop, ready for you to share. We only get paid when it sells.

Who does what

We do
  • Plan the product with you
  • Write all of it
  • Design and brand it to your style
  • Set it up on Whop, with the revenue split
  • Keep the product page running
You do
  • Join one to three video calls on Google Meet
  • Send us your own photos
  • Check the drafts and approve the final version
  • Post at least one Story and one post a day for your 14-day launch

Your photos are the one thing we can't make for you. We'll set up a way for you to send them at full quality, rather than through chat apps, which often shrink them. And if you'd like your promotion planned and written for you too, our custom Campaign Guide does exactly that.

Products that look like they came from you.

Guides, ebooks and PDFs, each designed around one creator's niche and look. Here's real work for our first two clients.

Tailor-made, never copy and paste Two creators, two entirely different looks. Every product we make is built around the creator's own brand, audience and ambitions, so it reads as theirs from the first page.

From first call to first sale.

Four stages, in this order. Here's what we do, and what's asked of you, at each one.

  1. We talk it through

Between one and three Google Meet calls across one to two weeks. We agree your niche and the type of product, work out how to brand it to your style, and finalise the details. The split is agreed in a contract before we start building.

    You
Join the calls and tell us about your audience.
    Us
Plan the product and draw up the contract.
  2. We build it

We write, design and brand the product so it looks and sounds like you. After the final call, production and finishing touches take about a week.

    You
Send us your own photos (we'll set up a way to send them at full quality), check the drafts and approve the final version.
    Us
Everything else: writing, design and branding.
  3. You launch it on Whop

We set the product up on Whop, ready to go. You share the link with your followers wherever suits you: bio, stories, posts.

    You
Post at least one Story and one post a day for your 14-day launch. Our optional Campaign Guides show you how, or we can plan and write it for you.
    Us
    The Whop setup.
  4. Every sale is split

Revenue is split on Whop at the rate in your contract. As standard, that's 50/50.

    You
    Keep creating and promoting.
    Us
    Keep the product page running.

The deal, in plain terms.

Nothing to pay up front. We earn when your product sells, so it's in our interest to make something your audience actually wants.

Your time
1–3 Google Meet callsAcross one to two weeks, to agree the niche and product, brand it to your style and finalise the details. Plus your photos, approving the final version, and posting about it daily for the 14-day launch. We do the rest.
How long
12 monthsYour product sells for 12 months from launch. Then you choose: take it off sale, renew for another 12 months at 60/40 (you keep 40%) if we both agree, or buy it from us for a fee we agree.
Optional extra: our Campaign Guides

Three 14-day campaign guides for marketing your launch, so your audience knows the product exists. You don't need them to work with us.

  • £30Organic campaign. Self-guided. You get a welcome guide and the product straight away: a 14-day plan for promoting your product for free with Reels, Stories, posts and DMs, with worksheets you fill in yourself.
  • £50Custom organic campaign. Launch price (33% off), then £75. You get a welcome package and our questionnaire straight away, then we plan your campaign with you in a meeting you book. We build your 14 days around your answers, with your posts, Stories, captions and DMs written for you.
  • £75Custom ad campaign. A 14-day Instagram ads campaign built the same way: a welcome package and questionnaire, then we plan it with you in a meeting, around your product, audience and budget. Made for ad beginners: who to target, which posts to turn into ads, what to spend and how to read the results.

Questions creators ask.

What does it cost?

Nothing up front. We earn our share from sales of the product, so there's no fee to get started. Our Campaign Guides are a separate, optional purchase: £30 for the organic campaign, £50 for a custom organic campaign (launch price, then £75), and £75 for a custom ad campaign. Our premium option, FanBound - Signature, is £299 to start, then an optional £99/month.

How does the revenue split work?

The standard split is 50/50, set out in a contract we both sign before we start, and it can be adjusted depending on our discussions. Sales and the split both happen on Whop.

Whop charges a transaction fee on each sale. That fee comes off first, and what's left is divided between us at the agreed split.

Who owns the product?

You own your photos, your name and your content. You give us permission to use them in your product while our agreement runs, and copies already sold stay with the people who bought them.

FanBound owns everything else in the product: the writing, design and templates. After 12 months you choose what happens next: take it off sale, renew, or buy the product from us. It's all set out in your contract before any work begins.

How long does it take?

From first call to launch usually takes two to four weeks. Planning is one to three Google Meet calls across one to two weeks, then production and finishing touches take about a week.

How much do I have to do?

Very little. Join the calls and tell us about your audience and how you want the product to look and feel. We do the planning, writing, design, branding and Whop setup. You check the drafts and approve the final version.

The one thing we can't make for you is your own photos. We'll set up a way for you to send them that keeps them at full quality, rather than through chat apps, which often shrink them.

Once it's live, you post about it at least once a day in your Stories and your feed for the 14-day launch, and we can plan that for you too. On our first call we'll tell you about our Campaign Guides: an organic campaign you run yourself (£30), a custom organic campaign where we plan and write your posts, Stories, captions and DMs around your audience (£50 launch price, then £75), or a custom ad campaign (£75).

Where is it sold?

On Whop. We set up the product page, and you share the link with your audience in your bio, stories, posts or wherever suits you.

What is FanBound - Signature?

Our premium option: earn & learn it their way, with new content for your fans every month. We build a premium product around your expertise, on a Whop storefront branded as yours, and it's live in about 2 weeks. Nothing goes live without your OK.

It's £299 to start, which covers your £200 set-up and your first month. From month two it's an optional £99/month, rolling and cancel any time, for a monthly strategy meeting and fresh content. You keep 60% of every sale after Whop's fees.

How is Signature different from the free partnership?

The free partnership has no upfront cost and a 50/50 split for 12 months. With Signature you pay to start, keep the bigger share (60%), and get a monthly strategy meeting and fresh content for as long as you choose to continue.

To sign up, book a call or join the Signature waitlist on Whop. You're only charged once your Signature agreement is signed, and that agreement sets out everything in writing. Once you're in, you get a welcome package and questionnaire, then we plan your product with you in a kick-off meeting.

New, and upfront about it.

FanBound started in 2026. We don't have a wall of testimonials yet, so instead we show you exactly how the deal works and put it in writing before any work starts.

Your audience is worth more than likes. FanBound exists to widen your reach and turn it into real income, and that is what drives this project for me. Every product is built around you, your voice and your community. By the end, I hope it feels as personal to you as it does to me.
